About the teacher
The retreat is led by Ilya Zilbersteine - a certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) informed coach.
I've been practicing meditation in Buddhist and secular traditions for almost 15 years and have spent over 40 weeks in silent meditation retreats.
I've taught mindfulness for over five years and am the founder of the meditation retreats program at Microsoft.
I'm passionate about integrating meditation and awareness practices into our daily lives. I use both ancient and modern tools to help my students tap into their natural capacity for resilience, ease, and joy, even on the busiest days.
I'm looking forward to meditating together!
