After working for 20 years in tech, I know first hand the challenges of the busy life. I suffered from anxiety, a harsh inner critic and the need for approval for many years. I lived my life mostly in my head with only a few emotions I felt were "okay" to be experienced.

With the help of psychology, meditation and mindfulness practices I found a way to ease, joy and fulfillment that are not dependent on my life situation. I realized that the main point of life is to really experience it instead of constantly thinking about past and future. Deep ease naturally arises when you live your life this way.

It makes me really sad thinking how many simple and wonderful moments of life I have missed and most people miss every day.

I use both ancient and modern tools to help my students tap into their natural capacity for presence, ease, and joy, even on the busiest days.
