About the teacher
The course is led by Ilya Zilbersteine - a certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) informed coach.
I've been practicing meditation in Buddhist and secular traditions for almost 15 years and have spent over 40 weeks in silent meditation retreats.
I've taught mindfulness workshops and retreats for over five years, including in companies like Microsoft.
I'm passionate about practices that help integrate meditation and awareness into busy daily life, making it more joyful and flowing.
I use both ancient and modern tools to help my students tap into their natural capacity for resilience, ease, and joy, even on the busiest days.
